Let us know if you would like to get involved, learn and contribute to the Ahamo Spiritual Community

Ahamo Spiritual Community provides the necessary conditions for an individual’s spiritual growth. We are a group of like-minded seekers of inner wisdom and truth, learning under the guidance of the enlightened teacher Avi. We all have come from different walks of life to live and meditate together. We are united as a joyful community to help one another progress spiritually.

Avi teaches that while meditation should be an integral part of one’s life, life itself should be more than just the practice of meditation. In fact, being active in the worldly-sense greatly impacts your success as a meditator. Hence the guiding principle of our life here at the community is very simple – there should be a balance between work and meditation, and a constant effort to expand the boundary of our minds and bodies.

The following is a basic schedule that we follow to achieve this:

4:00am-5:00am – Meditation
5:00am-6:00am – Break
6:00am to 7:00am – Meditative Yoga
7:00am to 8:00am – Bicycling
8:00am to 9:00am – Meditation
9:00am to 10:00am – Breakfast
10:00am to 12:30pm – Work
12:30pm to 1:30pm – Meditation

While the schedule may seem a little difficult at first, it becomes easy after a few days of practice. Once the natural flow is developed, these routine of activities help individuals to progress on the spiritual path.

If you are interested in joining the community or simply have a few questions, please drop us a message. What’s there to lose, other than your suffering? We welcome beginners on the path of meditation who are looking to join us for a few weeks to better understand the world around them. We welcome experienced seekers who are looking to stay for a longer time to explore the depths of their self. Anyone, regardless of religion, race, age or education is welcome at our community. The Ahamo spiritual community has its doors open to all seeker of truth.
